3. FIR & Legal Responsibility

• For official and legal missing cases, users are strongly advised to register an FIR (First Information Report) with local police authorities.
• If a missing case is uploaded without an FIR, it will be treated as a public or personal notice only.
• All responsibility for non-FIR uploads lies solely with the user.

4. Allowed Content

• Only missing-related content is allowed on the platform.
• Missing types may include persons, vehicles, electronic devices, documents, and other approved categories.

5. Content Removal & Termination

• Missing AtoZ reserves the right to remove any content that violates these terms without prior notice.

6. Limitation of Liability

• Missing AtoZ is not responsible for the accuracy, outcome, or results of any missing report.
• The platform does not guarantee recovery or resolution of any missing case.

7. Changes to Terms

Continued use of Missing AtoZ after changes indicates acceptance of the revised terms.
